2. Scope of Products & Digital Nature
- 100% Digital Products: All items sold on Embavo.com are digital downloadable design files (e.g., DST, PES, EXP, JEF, HUS, VIP, VP3, XXX formats) created specifically for machine embroidery.
- No Physical Delivery: We do not manufacture, package, ship, or deliver any physical items, fabrics, patches, or garments.
- Software & Machine Compatibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring that their embroidery machinery and software support the provided file formats prior to completing a purchase.
3. Pricing & Payment Terms
- Prices: All product prices are clearly listed on their respective item pages and checkout screens.
- International Card Payments: Payments are processed securely through accredited international payment gateways via Visa, Mastercard, and other supported payment cards.
- Currency & Charges: Transactions are billed in the currency displayed at checkout. Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion fees if applicable.

- Commercial Physical Products: You may stitch our designs onto physical items (e.g., t-shirts, bags, towels, caps) and sell those finished physical products.
Strict Prohibitions (Digital Files):
- You MAY NOT resell, share, trade, give away, sub-license, host, or distribute the digital design files themselves in any format or on any platform.
- You MAY NOT claim our digital embroidery designs or converted vector files as your own artwork.
5. Delivery of Digital Files
Access to your purchased digital files is delivered electronically and instantly upon completed payment. You will receive direct download links via the order confirmation screen, an automated purchase email, and/or your Embavo account dashboard.
6. Limitation of Liability
Embavo provides digitized embroidery files “as is”. While all designs are digitised and tested for quality stitching, Embavo is not liable for damaged fabrics, broken needles, or thread issues resulting from incorrect machine settings, unapproved file resizing, or improper stabilization.
7. Changes to Terms
